Prevalence of Echinococcus infections in wild carnivores based on copro - DNA tests in Serthar County of Sichuan Province / 中国血吸虫病防治杂志

Objective To investigate the prevalence of Echinococcus infections in wild carnivores in Serthar County, Sichuan Province, so as to provide insights into echinococcosis control in local areas. Methods Stool samples were collected from wild carnivores in Serthar County, Sichuan Province in May 2021, and the host sources of stool samples and Echinococcus infections were identified using PCR assays. The prevalence of E. multilocularis, E. granulosus and E. shiquicus infections was estimated in different hosts. Results A total of 583 stool samples were collected from wild carnivores, including 147 stool samples from fox, 154 from wolf, 227 from wild dogs and 11 from lynx. The overall prevalence of E. multilocularis, E. granulosus and E. shiquicus infections was 5.68%, 0.19% and 14.20% in canine stool samples, and no E. granulosus infection was detected in fox stool samples, while the prevalence of E. multilocularis and E. shiquicus infections was 0.68% and 47.62% in fox stool samples (χ2 = 88.41, P < 0.001). No E. granulosus or E. shiquicus infection was detected in wolf stool samples, and the prevalence of E. multilocularis infection was 10.39% in wolf stool samples. The prevalence of E. multilocularis, E. granulosus and E. shiquicus infections was 5.73%, 0.44% and 2.20% in canine stool samples (χ2 = 12.13, P < 0.01). In addition, the prevalence of E. multilocularis infections was significantly higher in wolf stool samples than in canine and fox stool samples (χ2 = 13.23, P < 0.01), and the prevalence of E. shiquicus infections was significantly higher in fox stool samples than in canine and wolf stool samples (χ2 = 187.01, P < 0.001). No Echinococcus infection was identified in 11 lynx stool samples. Conclusions The prevalence of Echinococcus infections is high in wild canines in Serthar County, Sichuan Province. Wolf, wild dog and fox all participate in the wild life cycle of E. multilocularis in Serthar County, and wolf and wild dogs may play a more important role.

Analysis of the effect of combination therapy combined with psychological intervention on lumbar disc herniation / 中国生化药物杂志

Objective To explore the drugs combined with psychological therapy for lumbar disc herniation, summarize the clinical experience.Methods For 60 cases of lumbar disc herniation were treated with drug therapy, and classified as the control group, the other 60 patients in the control group on the basis of psychological intervention therapy, and classified as the observation group, two groups of patients were in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were treated.Results No significant difference between the two groups of patients before treatment, the pain score, after grouping after the intervention in the observation group were obvious pain relief;compared two groups of patients with the emotional state of the visible, before treatment had no significant difference after The observation group after the intervention group were improved more significantly, shows significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The analysis showed that the drugs combined with psychological therapy for lumbar disc herniation, which can help patients to improve the clinical situation, adjust the patient's psychological anxiety and depression, improve the clinical effect of intervention, so it is worthy of reference.

Neuroendocrine differentiation and Wilms' tumor protein-1 expression in breast mucinous carcinoma and their significance / 浙江大学学报·医学版

<p><b>OBJECTIVE</b>To investigate neuroendocrine differentiation and Wilms' tumor protein-1 (WT-1) expression in breast mucinous carcinoma and their clinicopathological significance.</p><p><b>METHODS</b>The clinicopathological data of 65 patients with breast mucinous carcinoma, including 31 cases of mixed mucinous carcinoma, 23 cases of hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma and 11 cases of hypercellular pure mucinous carcinoma, admitted in Taizhou Hospital from January 2010 to June 2015 were retrospectively reviewed. The expression of neuroendocrine markers and WT-1 was detected by immunohistochemistry staining in all cases.</p><p><b>RESULTS</b>The mixed mucinous carcinomas and hypercelluar pure mucinous carcinomas had higher incidence of axillary lymph node metastasis and human epidermal recepter 2 (HER-2) positive than hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma (all (P<0.01). However, the difference was not significant between mixed mucinous carcinomas and hypercellular pure mucinous carcinomas (all P>0.05). The expression of neuroendocrine marker was stronger in hypercellular mucinous carcinoma than that in mixed mucinous carcinoma and hypocellular mucinous carcinoma (all (P<0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant between mixed mucinous carcinoma and hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma (P>0.05). The expression of WT-1 was weaker in mixed mucinous carcinoma than that in hypercellular and hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma(all (P<0.05), but the difference was not statistically significant between hypercellular and hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma (P>0.05). The mucinous carcinomas with lymph node metastasis had lower expression of neuroendocrine markers than those without lymph node metastasis ((P<0.01). The expression of WT-1 in breast mucinous carcinoma with lymph node metastasis trended lower than that in those without lymph node metastasis, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).</p><p><b>CONCLUSION</b>Hypercellular pure mucinous breast carcinoma has higher rates of lymph node metastasis and HER-2 amplification than hypocellular pure mucinous carcinoma, the sub-classification of breast pure mucinous carcinoma should be considered. Neuroendocrine differentiation and WT-1 expression may be helpful in distinguishing the subtypes of breast mucinous carcinoma. Breast mucinous carcinoma with neuroendocrine differentiation trends to have less lymph node metastasis.</p>

The treating experience of 31 patients with urinary incontinence after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy / 重庆医学

Objective To analysis influence of perioperative function rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment on uri-nary incontinence recovery after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy .Methods The clinical data of 31 cases of incontinence after lap-aroscopic radical prostatectomy were retrospectively analyzed .Early functional rehabilitation training ,drugs and mental guidance were applied to the patients .Results 31 out of 91 cases who receiving the laparoscopic radical prostatectomy immediately suffered from urinary incontinence when removing catheter .9 cases rehabilitated after 7 days ,12 cases rehabilitated after 1 months ,and 29 cases rehabilitated after 6 months .Conclusion Urinary incontinence occurs more in the early laparoscopic radical surgery ,perioper-ative function rehabilitation training combined with drug treatment could effectively improve the function of patients with urinary continence .

The value of region Ⅵ lymph nodes in the surgical treatment of papillary thyroid carcinoma / 肿瘤研究与临床

Objective To evaluate the value of region Ⅵ lymph nodes in surgical treatment of cN0 papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC). Methods 98 cases of PTC with cN0 which received functional lymph nodes dissection were collected. We analyzed the results of pathologic examination by region Ⅵ lymph nodes distinguished from lateral neck lymph nodes(Ⅱ～Ⅴ) retrospectively. Results In 98 cases, the rate of region Ⅵ lymph nodes metastasis was 20.4 %(20 cases); the rate of region Ⅱ～Ⅴ lymph nodes metastasis was 13 cases(13.3 %). CHANGES IN POPULATIONS OF T LYMPHOCYTES IN MICE INFECTED WITH TRICHINELLA SPIRALIS / 中国寄生虫学与寄生虫病杂志

Acid a-naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE), a cytoplasmic marker was used to identify the T lymphocytes and their subpopulations in peripheral blood of mice experimemally infected with T. spiralis. The results showed that the absolute number of lymphocytes and T lymphocytes increased in parallel on d, after infection, reachiug the peak on d14, and remaining above normal level on d60. The spotted granular ANAE positive cells (Helper T cells, Th) were decreasing and the scattered granular ANAE positive cells (suppressor T cells, Ts) were increasing, leading to a lowering of the Th/Ts ratio which was most marked on d14 and returned to normal on d60. The depres-sion of host immune function during T. spiralis infection might be related to the lowering of Th/Ts ratio.
